Design Tab

A powerful documentation feature of Report Analyzer is the generation of a Crystal Report's design layout. This feature enables you to explore the report's documentation graphically.

Design Tab

The diagram window profiles the following report design areas:

Report Header
Page Header
Details
Report Footer
Page Footer

For groups, summary fields, or subtotals the diagram displays the following sections:

Group Header
Group Footer

Exporting the design to disk

To export the design to disk, do the following:

From the Export menu, select Export Design View.
Using the Save As dialog, nominate a location and name for the file.
From the Save As Type drop down, choose either Jpeg, Gif or Bitmap export formats.
