The Property Viewer window is used to view the properties describing each object participating in a comparison. The Property Viewer is a docked window that can be re-positioned using window docking. The window displays the properties for the currently selected object(s) in the Workspace Tree window. Property differences are highlighted using the color configuration set in the Options dialog.

To view object properties:

• Ensure a comparison is either in progress or completed in the Workspace Tree.
• If the Property Viewer window is docked in view, single click the object(s) you wish to view properties for. 
• If the Property Viewer window is hidden, right click the object(s) you wish to view properties for and select Properties Window in the context menu. The Properties Viewer will be docked into view.
• The window profiles each property compared according to the current rule. If a property was not included in the current rule (or is excluded by default in the absence of a rule), it is colored gray.
